30ml Reposado Tequila
30ml Mezcal
15ml Cointreau
45ml homemade ‘no added sugar’ sweet and sour mix*
Pinch hibiscus worm salt
To create this dramatic glass, I simple coated a section with honey and sprinkled with rose petals

* Next, I made some ‘no added sugar’ sweet and sour mix. I used:
1 cup Fresh lemon Juice
1 cup Fresh lime juice
1/2 cup bakers secret ultimate sugar replacer
1 cup water
Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and heat until ‘sugar’ dissolves. Strain into a bottle. Refrigerate
