Feels Like Rouse Romance

Valentines and Galentine’s Day is less than a week away! What are you going to mix up for your very special someone?

Today I have mixed up a very delicious sour with @feelsbotanical Rouse * True to its name, this delicious sip is a very seductive combination of Horny Goat Weed, Rose petals and native Davidson plum.

I started by making a pink dragonfruit syrup – dragonfruit is tasteless but produces an amazing pink colour to compliment this delicious spirit

Now to create the sour I used:
60ml Feels Botanical Rouse
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Dragonfruit syrup
30ml Aquafaba
Dash of grapefruit bitters
Pour all ingredients into your cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until foam is formed.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glasses, sprinkle some rose petals with love and serve on a silver platter.
