Cranberry Spiced Ginger

I am very excited about today’s ridiculously delicious alcohol free sip…this is the perfect seasonal sip, just in time for thanksgiving

I started by making a seasonal syrup with brown sugar, orange and a great combination of all-spi

I used:

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 frozen pomegranate

Star anise

2 cinnamon sticks

3 cloves

Shaving fresh nutmeg

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid approximately halves.

To mix up the mocktail:

60ml cranberry juice

120ml Bundaberg spiced ginger beer

15ml lime juice

15ml Seasonal Syrup

Dash ELGUAPO Holiday pie bitters

Pour all ingredient (except Ginger Beer) into a cocktail jug and give it good stir. Add the ginger beer and stir gently. Fill your favourite mocktail glasses with ice and strain the in the cocktail
