Here are the recipes for today’s celebrations, I have created the following deliciousness:
Classic Margarita
(Just how I like it)
60ml Tequila
15ml Cointreau
30ml Lime Juice
Salt Rim

Mexican Gin and Tonic
It does not get any simpler than a Mexican Gin and Tonic. Served with a dash of lemon juice and Edible Flowers

My Paloma
60ml Tequila
30ml Grapefruit Cordial
Top with Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Serve with A hibiscus chipotle rim
Garnish with edible flowers and dehydrated grapefruit slices

Orange and Mango Margarita
45ml Tequila
15ml Cointreau
15ml Ginger Liqueur
15ml Lime juice
30ml Fresh orange and mango juice
Rim is Tajin. Served with dehydrated blood orange
