I love Beer… in fact, it was the first alcohol I ever tried. Pretty standard for a Queenslander!

This summer, I have really been enjoying sour beers… so imagine my extreme excitement when I found TWØBAYS Brewing Co’s Margarita Sour! It is brewed on the Mornington Peninsula and it is Australia’s first gluten free Gose style Sour in a can. It is has crisp sour notes with zesty lime aromatics and mineral flavours and I absolutely loooooove it! Gawd it’s good!

Now with #nationalmargaritaday just around the corner, I also thought it would be fun to combine two things that I love together!

To make my TWØBAYS Tommy’s Margarita Sour I used:
30ml Silver Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Agave Syrup
120ml @twobaysbeer

Start by adding all ingredients (except the beer) into your cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined

Rim your favourite beer glass with Mexican chilli lime salt and fill with ice. Double strain the margarita into the glass and top with the beer. Garnish is some edible flowers from my garden
