Simply slice sweet potatoes into roughly the same thickness
Grease your flan tin and layer the sweet potato with thin slices of fresh garlic 🧄
Mix some olive oil and cumin together and drizzle over the sweet potato. Add some sprigs of fresh rosemary
Bake until brown and crispy
