My Cinnamon Scrolls

My cinnamon scrolls.

I started by simply create the dough:
550 grams Bakers Flour
300 grams Luke Warm Water
20 grams olive oil
half level teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
@thermomixaus recipe

Melt some great quality butter (I am loving @greatoceanroaddairy right now) and add ground cinnamon and sugar. Douse the dough with that deliciousness and bake
