
Today’s deliciousness (and gawd it’s delicious) was inspired by my overgrown Vietnamese mint plant
I used:
30ml navy strength Australian Gin
30ml green @chartreuse_australia
30ml elderflower liqueur
30ml lemon juice
5 slices cucumber
5 Vietnamese mint leaves
Break the mint into your cocktail shaker. Add the cucumber and muddle. Add all other ingredients and ice and stair shake shake, shake your … you know the rest
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass filled with ice, extra Vietnamese mint and glorious edible flowers
