Pisco Sour with a Twist

It doesn’t matter whether it is Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall, this is a Pisco Sour…..for all!

Well, it’s kind of a Pisco Sour. Try it, it’s delicious

Recipe:
45ml Pisco Porton
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Cold presses pear, apple, coconut water, blueberry, boysenberry, and raspberry juice
15ml Elderflower Cordial (or to taste)
1 egg white or 30ml Aquafaba

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass.
