
Please enjoy my ‘Precious Pink Kiwi’
I used:
45mls West Winds Sabre London Dry Gin
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lillet Blanc
30ml lime Juice
30ml homemade sugar free red kiwi syrup
Dash Angostura bitters.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake very vigorously until combined.
Double strain into your favourite 70’s stackable glasses and garnish with dehydrated red kiwi fruit
