Aperol Gin Sour

Aperol Gin Sour

I used:
45ml Aperol
45ml Gin
half a lemon juiced
1 teaspoon agave syrup
1 large ice cube
30ml Aquafaba.

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake very vigorously for at least one minute.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with flowers. Flowers pictured are not certified as being edible.
