
I used:
45ml Single Malt Australian Whiskey
15ml Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur
15ml Amaro Di Angostura
Dash Angostura Bitters
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Fresh Pineapple juice
15ml Besamim Aromatic Spice Liqueur.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined
Fill your favourite palm tree glass with clear ice. Double strain the drink and garnish with fresh mint and dehydrated pineapple
