Pink Jalapeño Margarita


Today I am channeling my inner @spirited_marilita

Marili loves tequila and Mezcal and always creates the most amazing peel flower garnishes.

Marili, please enjoy my Pink Jalapeño Margarita:

I used:

30ml Silver Tequila
30ml Mezcal
15ml Cointreau
30ml pineapple juice
30ml lime juice
15ml homemade sugar free dragonfruit syrup
Jalapeño slices

Muddle the Jalapeño in a cocktail shaker. All all other ingredients and shake vigorously until combined combined

Fill your favourite cocktail glass with ice. Double strain the liquid. Garnish with dragonfruit peel ‘rose’ garnishes and fresh mint
