‘Piña jalapeño Delicias’
- 60ml Silver Tequila
- 60ml unsweetened pineapple juice
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 10ml sugar free Jalapeño Syrup
- 10ml no added sugar Coconut Syrup
- 10ml Orgeat
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.
Rim glasses with Tajin. Double strain liquid into the glasses
Garnish with pineapple and more Jalapeño
Syrups
Coconut:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1/8 cup Stevia
Jalapeño:
- 1 cup water
- 1 whole Jalapeño
- 1/8 cup Stevia
To create all syrups, simply place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduced to a simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Allow to cool poor into a sterilised jar and refrigerate overnight
