‘Piña jalapeño Delicias

  • 60ml Silver Tequila
  • 60ml unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml sugar free Jalapeño Syrup
  • 10ml no added sugar Coconut Syrup
  • 10ml Orgeat

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.

Rim glasses with Tajin. Double strain liquid into the glasses

Garnish with pineapple and more Jalapeño

Syrups

Coconut:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1/8 cup Stevia

Jalapeño:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 whole Jalapeño
  • 1/8 cup Stevia

To create all syrups, simply place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduced to a simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Allow to cool poor into a sterilised jar and refrigerate overnight
