‘Piña jalapeño Delicias

  1. 60ml Silver Tequila
  1. 60ml unsweetened pineapple juice
  1. 30ml Lime Juice
  1. 10ml sugar free Jalapeño Syrup
  1. 10ml no added sugar Coconut Syrup
  1. 10ml Orgeat

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.

Rim glasses with Tajin. Double strain liquid into the glasses

Garnish with pineapple and more Jalapeño

Syrups

Coconut:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1/8 cup Stevia

Jalapeño:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 whole Jalapeño
  • 1/8 cup Stevia

To create all syrups, simply place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduced to a simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Allow to cool poor into a sterilised jar and refrigerate overnight
