Tropical Fruit Platter Deleite

A very delicious Mocktail!

I used:

  • 15ml lower Sugar dragonfruit syrup
  • 30ml lower Sugar tropical fruit shrub
  • 120ml sugar free tonic water
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and stir well until combined.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with pink baby breath

This is a very delicious mocktail! If today is not your alcohol free day, I am sure a dash of tequila or would also be delicious

To make the dragonfruit syrup I used:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen pink dragonfruit
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pinch of citric acid
  • 1/4 cup Stevia

Simply place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool. Strain into a sterilised and refrigerate overnight

To make the tropical fruit shrub I used:

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of fresh tropical fruit
  • 1/4 Stevia
  • Pinch of citric acid

Simply place all ingredients in a sterilise Jar and refrigerate for a minimum of three days
