‘Tropical Blueberry’
I used:
60ml white rum
15ml Liquor 43
30ml lime juice
90ml coconut milk
1/4 frozen blueberries

Muddle frozen blueberries in a glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Place all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.
Double strain liquid slowly over the ice.
Garnish with freshly frozen blackberries and rosemary
