Deal me a Spade
- 30ml Brunswick Aces Premium Botanical Saphr (Spades Blend)
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 7.5ml No sugar Jalapeño Syrup
- 7.5ml No sugar Coconut Syrup
- 7.5ml No Sugar Dragonfruit Syrup
- 7.5ml Kombucha Syrup (Cola Nut & Kaffir Lime)
- 60ml Sugar free ginger beer
Simply place all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined.
Add ginger beer and stir until combined.
Pour into your favourite cocktail glass that has been filled with ice and garnish with pineapple, jalapeno and pineapple frongs
This mocktail is quite tart and really different.

Syrups
Dragonfruit Syrup:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of frozen dragonfruit
- Juice of one lime
- 1/8 Stevia
- 1/8 teaspoon citric acid
Coconut:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1/8 cup Stevia
Jalapeño:
- 1 cup water
- 1 whole Jalapeño
- 1/8 cup Stevia
To create all syrups, simply place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduced to a simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Allow to cool poor into a sterilised jar and refrigerate overnight
