Mangoificent
I used:
45ml Mezcal
15ml Ginger Liqueur
30ml Lime Juice
50 grams frozen mango
120ml Sugar Free Ginger Beer
Place all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a high speed blender and whiz on high until combined
All gingerbeer and stir until combined.
Strain into your favourite cocktail glass (this one is @topglassware )and garnish with frozen mango covered in @tajinusa and mint.
