Crème de Tonic
I used:
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Crème de Violette
- 30ml Sugar Free Tonic
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir til combined. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass with plenty of ice. Serve with thyme.
