Today’s deliciousness is created with The Epicurean Lowland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky.
I wanted to create a drink that compliments the crisp and zesty floral, citrus and vanilla flavours of this delicious Whisky.
I used:
- 30ml @remarkable_malts
- 15ml Creme de Cassis
- 15ml Passionfruit liqueur
- 15ml lime juice
- 60ml @fevertreemixers gingerale
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir well until combined.
Pour into your favourite cocktail glass over ice.
Garnish with mint and dehydrated oranges.
