‘Fermented Moon’
I used:
- 60ml @kalkimooncompany Pink Gin Liqueur (Elderflower & Rose)
- 30ml @remedydrinks Pink Lemonade Kombucha
- 30ml @nexba sugar free tonic
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and stir until combined
Serve over ice and garnish with blueberries and Thyme
