Prickly Pear Margarita.
To make prickly pear syrup I placed the pulp of 2 prickly pears, 1 cup Water and 1/4 cup caster sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil & then reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Refrigerate overnight.
Create a margarita just the way you like it. Add as much or as little prickly pear syrup as you like
