Fermented Rum & Raspberry

Fermented Rum & Raspberry

I used:

  • 30ml White Rum
  • 15ml strawberry liqueur
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 60ml raspberry and lemon kombucha
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 5ml ginger cordial .

Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir until combined.

Serve over ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries, pomegranate slice and mint
