Fermented Rum & Raspberry
I used:
- 30ml White Rum
- 15ml strawberry liqueur
- 15ml Cointreau
- 60ml raspberry and lemon kombucha
- 30ml lemon juice
- 5ml ginger cordial .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir until combined.
Serve over ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries, pomegranate slice and mint
