Late entry for #worldgibsonmartiniday

I used:
60ml @ginmare
15ml @maisonnoillyprat
15ml Onion Brine
15ml Tomato Water
Dash celery salt

Place all ingredients in in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Serve in a chilled glass and Garnish onion, rosemary and feta cheese stuffed olives.
