You Toucan create this at home!

Start by creating a delicious Mezcal Margarita with:

45ml Mezcal
15ml Grand Marnier
45ml Freshly squeezed orange
Place these ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until combined. Strain into the cocktail glass.

To create this black foam I used:
50ml Water
1/8 teaspoon activated charcoal ⚠️
1 egg white
Good dash of orange bitters
Ice.

Place these ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foam is created. Carefully spoon onto the orange juice.
