Todays Marg has the addition of a very delicious lime cordial and Fuego bitters. @elguapobitters Fuego bitters were created with Texas and Mexico in mind – they are sour and spicy, with notes of grapefruit, lime, habanero, jalapeño and Thai Chilli. They are SENSATIONAL … my new love

For the Marg I used:
60ml Mezcal
15ml Cointreau
7.5ml @elguapobitters Lime cordial
Good dash @elguapobitters fuego bitters
Agave Syrup Optional – (I didn’t use any)

Glass is rimmed with Tajin and garnish is homemade burnt dehydrated lime
