
I dedicate this ray of sunshine and happiness to all the people of Melbourne. #lockdown
I started by infusing tequila with un-popped microwave popcorn kernels for 36 hours
I mixed up:
60ml popcorn infused tequila
7.5ml Chilli Liqueur
7.5ml Cointreau
45ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Handful of freshly popped triple butter popcorn
Place all these ingredients in jar and infuse for another couple of hours
Remove the popcorn, pour the drink into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously
Double strain into your favourite margarita glass
Over garnish with as much gawd darn popcorn as you like
