Relish my Martini
Sunday Funday: another lockdown weekend in Melbourne so I decided to whip up my first ever relish. And then of course I added it to a martini
I used
60ml @aviationgin gin
30ml dry vermouth
Heaped teaspoon homemade relish (click here for recipe)
30ml homemade tomato water
Dash freshly squeezed lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined
Fill your favourite cocktail glass with ice and double strain the cocktail
Garnish with homegrown hydroponic dill
