Spiced Peach Pie

I started by baking some pastry in a pie tin

Lay some tinned peaches into the baked pastry

Add mixed spices and cornflour to the retained syrup from the tinned peaches. Warm the syrup until thickened.

Pour the syrup over the peaches and bake

Serve with fresh mint & edible flowers
