‘BASIL TOMATO WATER MARTINI’
Brace yourself for this Umami Deliciousness
I used:
60ml @audemus_spirits Umami Gin
30ml @maisonnoillyprat dry vermouth
15ml Olive Brine
90ml Homemade Basil & tomato water
Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker with a good amount of ice and shake vigorously until the ice is melted
Double strain into your favourite martini glass that has been pre-filled with 3 olives. Wait for the foam to settle (created by the tomato water). Garnish with dehydrated Adelaide tomato.
