COMFORT FOOD: Tonight’s Dinner is homemade lasagna

I start by making a Bolognese-sauce.

Then a quick béchamel (I whip it up in @thermomixaus ) and a copious amount of Parmesan cheese

Today I used fresh @latinafreshau lasagne sheet to layer the pasta

Add lots and lots of Parmesan to the top of the lasagne

Serve with Red Wine 🍷
