
To make this potato deliciousness, I simply sliced red potatoes. I didn’t use a mandolin because they scare the s#@# out of me, I am very uncoordinated!
When all the potatoes are placed in a flan tin, cover in butter (olive oil for a vegan option) garlic and rosemary.
Bake in a hot oven until golden brown. It takes a while but it’s worth it!
