I used:
60ml Reposado Tequila
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Homemade butterfly pea sugar free syrup
Splash of Blue Curaçao
30ml Aquafaba
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until foam is formed.
Double strain into your favourite tiki glass
