@vegemite CHEESYBITE is a delicious combination of Vegemite spread and cream cheese.
I absolutely love the texture of Cheesybite and it is milder in flavour than traditional @vegemite . It is my kind of umami heaven
I infused some Cheesybite into some Lawrenny Van Diemens Tasmanian Gin
To create the martini, I used:
50ml Lawrenny Van Diemens Gin infused with Cheesybite
30ml @maisonnoillyprat
Ice.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass
Serve with Salada crackers smeared with butter and Cheesybite and tasty cheese cubes.
