Holiday/Vacation Time: Very excited to have left the house to enjoy a week away in Bright, Victoria (road trip!)

Kicking off Friday night with this Earthy, salty, savoury deliciousness.

I used:
Gin
Dry vermouth
Olive Brine
Beetroot juice (from tinned beetroot)
Ice
Sage leaves

Garnish is a giant stuffed olive and homegrown sage.
