
I started by creating the syrup.
Place:
1/2 cup kiwi berries
Lime zest
3 jalapeño slices
1/4 sugar
1 cup water
in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool.
To make 2 margaritas, I used
90ml blanco tequila
30ml sugar free triple sec
90ml lime Juice
30ml Kiwi Berry Jalapeño syrup
4 blueberries
4 kiwi berries
Muddle the berries in a cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake vigorously with ice until combined.
Fill your favourite cocktail glasses with kiwi berries, blueberries and ice. Double strain the cocktail into the glasses and serve with mint
