Happy Cinco De Mayo!!
Please enjoy my ‘Mezcal Mexican Sky’ .
To create one, I used:
30ml El Silencio Mezcal
15ml Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
15ml Ancho Reyes chilli liqueur
15ml Blue Curaçao
15ml Lime juice
60ml Pineapple juice
Good spoonful of coconut cream
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined combined
Strain into your favourite glasses that have been rimmed with Tajin. Garnish with Violas and serve with dehydrated pineapple slices
