‘Tarragon Blueberry Bubbles’
It’s #mocktailmonday and I have created this fermented deliciousness with blueberry and tarragon.
I used:
- 120ml Organic Blueberry Kombucha
- 15ml Lime juice
- Homemade Low Sugar blueberry, tarragon and cracked pepper syrup to taste *
- 4 drops Nola Bitters
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir well until combined.
Serve over ice with frozen blueberries and fresh tarragon
*Syrup Ingredients:
- Spring of fresh tarragon
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons stevia
- Few good grinds of fresh pepper
- 1 cup of water
Place all ingredients in saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer till liquid halves. Allow to cool. Strain into a sterilised jar and refrigerate prior to use
