Tarragon Blueberry Bubbles

‘Tarragon Blueberry Bubbles’

It’s #mocktailmonday and I have created this fermented deliciousness with blueberry and tarragon.

I used:

  • 120ml Organic Blueberry Kombucha
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • Homemade Low Sugar blueberry, tarragon and cracked pepper syrup to taste *
  • 4 drops Nola Bitters

Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir well until combined.

Serve over ice with frozen blueberries and fresh tarragon

*Syrup Ingredients:

  • Spring of fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons stevia
  • Few good grinds of fresh pepper
  • 1 cup of water

Place all ingredients in saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer till liquid halves. Allow to cool. Strain into a sterilised jar and refrigerate prior to use
