Pine my Cone

‘Pine my Cone’

I used:

  • 60ml Gin
  • Tonic Water to fill the glass
  • Homemade star anise and cinnamon syrup to taste

Garnish with a pine cone, pine frongs, star anise and cinnamon (not intended for consumption)

To make the syrup I used, 1 cup water, 1/2 sugar, good pinch of broken star anise pieces and I cinnamon stick. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
