‘Raspberry Mint & Jalapeño Margarita’
To make 1, I used:
45ml Jalapeño infused Tequila
15ml Cointreau
15ml lime juice
45ml homemade raspberry and mint juice
Simple Syrup to taste
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined.
Double strain over ice and garnish with mint. Serve with a delicious tasting platter
