‘Passionate Heat’

I used:
15ml @barkersofnz Orange, Passionfruit & Barley Cordial
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
120ml Premium Gingerale
2 Jalapeno Slices
5 mint leaves
5 Fresh Ginger Slices
Passionfruit Pulp

How To:

Muddle Jalapeno and Ginger in a cocktail shaker. Break in the mint leaves. Add Cordial and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until combined. Add Gingerale and stir until combined.

Serve:

Strain into cocktail glasses that have been filled with ice. Garnish with dehydrated orange, passionfruit pulp and fresh mint.

And this is a perfect mocktail for #dryjuly
