Venetian Negroni

It is still #worldginday somewhere in the world and this ridiculously delicious sip is dedicated to my friend Belinda….the incredible @thepatronsaintofgin

Belinda knows everything about Gin. Literally. She is just amazing and a great friend.

Belinda is not a huge Campari fan so I have mixed her something a little different ….a Venetian Negroni… I hope (and think) that it might be a bit more to her liking. Fingers crossed.

I used:
30ml @selectaperitivo *
30ml @younghenrys Noble cut gin
30ml Vermouth
* Created in Venice in 1920 @selectaperitivo is made with 30 botanicals, including juniper berries and rhubarb roots. I found it to be a bit sweeter than Campari but less sweet than Aperol.
