Now sip back, relax and enjoy my ‘Whisky and Rye’. I used:
30ml Whisky
30ml White Rye
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Grenadine Concentrate
30ml Aquafaba

Place all ingredients in a stunning cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around 1 minute.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice.
