Bitters Spritz
You will need:
60ml @aperolspritzofficial
180ml @bundabergdrinks diet lemon, lime and bitters Soda
Dash of @angosturahouse bitters
Dash of fresh lime
Simply stir in a cocktail jug and serve over copious amounts of ice. Serve with mint, dehydrated orange and frozen blueberries.
Dragonfruit Pisco Sour
I used:
60ml Pisco from @thepiscopeople
30ml Lime
15ml Lower Sugar Dragonfruit Syrup
30ml Aquafaba..
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously with ice for around 1 minute
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle and garnish with dehydrated Dragonfruit (which is incredibly delicious btw)
I created the syrup with 1/4 cup sugar instead of 1 cup. I also used aquafaba as it is lower in calories than egg whites.
Flat Belly Juice
I started with:
1 cup Pineapple
1 cup cabbage
2 celery stalks
2 Carrots
1 cucumber
Dash of Turmeric
1 cup of Spinach
Chop up all ingredients and place them in @thermomix . Whiz on speed 10 for around a minute…
At this stage, it resembled a purée mess…baby food….
So I added 2 cups water and whizzed again..
1st taste test: 🤢.
Next, I added the juice of 2 limes and a good nob of fresh ginger..
Whiz again and strain out the pulp…
Serve with lots of ice and edible flowers.
Result: it is ok. Not the best green juice I have ever tried. I think some mint will help next time. My tummy is definitely not flat 😊
Skinny Piña Colada
- 60ml Malibu Rum
- 15ml Golden Falernum
- 60ml Coconut Water
- 60ml Sugar Free Pineapple Soda
- Dash of lime juice
Stir all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir.
Serve in a pineapple glass rimmed with Tajin. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and pineapple frongs
Love is the Air
I used:
60ml Gin
15ml Homemade lower sugar grapefruit Syrup
Diet tonic to fill the glass
Served in a glorious arrangement of pink glassware over ice
Garnish is dried blue baby breath flowers
All you will need is:
15ml No added Sugar Raspberry Cordial
120ml Sugar free Sparkling Lemon Citrus Squash Soda
Ginger
Mint
Muddle the ginger. Break in the mint leaves. Add the cordial and Soda. Stir. .
Strain into a mason jar. Serve with frozen raspberries and mint.

Jalapeño Ginger Mule
I used:
60ml Jalapeño infused Reposado Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
90ml Diet @bundabergdrinks Ginger Beer
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir well until combined.
Serve over ice and garnish with extra jalapeño and lime
This recipe has only 135 calories and virtually no carbs!

60ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lower Sugar Dragonfruit Syrup
30ml Aquafaba
Dash of Grapefruit bitters
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle…
Garnish with a reusable orchid.
Wild Berry Ginger Spritz
60ml Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin @greenallsgin
30ml homemade raspberry and ginger lower sugar syrup*
Dash of Lime
90ml Soda
Simply place all ingredients in cocktail jug and stir until combined.
Serve over ice with thyme and frozen berries.
Gin Blue Sour
50ml @bombaysapphire Star Of Bombay
10ml Blue Curaçao (I used VOK)
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lower Sugar simple syrup
30ml Aquafaba
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute.
Double strain into a gorgeous glass that looks like one from Belinda’s collection and sprinkle with an excessive amount of love
Skinny Señor Sarsaparilla
I used:
60ml Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
@bundabergdrinks diet sarsaparilla to fill whatever size glass you choose
@tajinusaofficial rim
I garnished with a collection of fresh & dried edible flowers and little baby limes from my tree.
