60ml Malibu Rum

15ml Golden Falernum

60ml Coconut Water

60ml Sugar Free Pineapple Soda

Dash of lime juice

Stir all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir.

Serve in a pineapple glass rimmed with Tajin. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and pineapple frongs
