‘Tanqueray Christmas Bells’
To get your sleigh bells ringing, all you will need is:
45ml @tanqueraygin
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Hibiscus Syrup*
1 egg white
Ice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for around 1 minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle and garnish with fresh pomegranate and mint
*To create the syrup, simply place 1 cup of hibiscus tea and 1/4 cup of caster sugar into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer until liquid halves.
