Please enjoy my fermented Peruvian delight.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir until combined. Double strain the cocktail into you favourite cocktail glass.
To create the foam, I used 1 egg white and an additional 15ml strawberry Liqueur. Shake with ice until Foam is created.
Spoon the strawberry Liqueur foam onto the cocktail. Serve with edible flower petals.
