Gin & Tonic with Limoncello Foam.
To create this at home, start by pouring a G&T infused with butterfly pea tea.
To create the foam, place 30ml unsalted aquafaba and 30ml Limoncello in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake very vigorously for around 2 minutes.
Carefully spoon the foam on top of the G&T.
Garnish with dried edible flowers.
