It’s beginning to smell a lot like Christmas
When I think of Christmas, I think of all the glorious smells of cinnamon, citrus, ginger and vanilla!
I wanted to create a uniquely Australian Cocktail that tastes like Christmas and really quick and easy to serve on Christmas Day and the perfect way to do this is with @vantageaustralia – the original spirit created in Australia.
Start by placing 1/4 cup Mixed Peel (Oranges & Lemons) and 1/4 mixed dry fruit (like you would use to create a fruit cake) in 1/2 cup @vantageaustralia and soak in a sealed jar for a minimum of 24 hours.
To make one ‘Australian Christmas Spirit’ all you will need is:
- 60ml Infused @vantageaustralia
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 60ml Tonic Water
Serve with candied orange, cranberries, rosemary and Star Anise.
