Apple and Rhubarb Margarita

Apple and Rhubarb Margarita 💕

To create this pink sensation I used:

45ml Blanco Tequila

15ml Cointreau

30ml Lime Juice

15-30ml Homemade Rhubarb and Apple Syrup (depending on how sweet you like your drink!)

To create the syrup I used 1 cup of rhubarb and one red apple. Chop into small pieces and place in a saucepan with 1/3 cup icing sugar and one cup of water. Bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Strain into a jar, allow to cool before refrigerating overnight.
